Dr. Elsie Bardavid began her journey in healthcare with a master’s degree in physical therapy from the European University of Madrid, specializing in temporomandibular joint (TMJ) treatment. She established a successful practice in Dubai, gaining recognition for her expertise. Seeking greater impact, she transitioned into dentistry, earning her degree from the European University of Valencia, Spain. Dr. Elsie then pursued advanced training globally, including implantology, soft tissue management, and aesthetic medicine in Brazil. She is committed to continuous learning, contributing to global dental knowledge through research, presentations, and mentorship.
Dr. Lana Bardavid started her professional path in international business, earning a bachelor’s degree in Paris and an MBA from SKEMA Business School. She has held key roles in marketing, sales, and business development across Europe, China, and the Middle East. Driven by a desire for greater fulfillment, she pivoted to dentistry, graduating from the European University of Valencia. As a dental surgeon and entrepreneur, she owns her own private practice and has specialized in implantology, aesthetic medicine, and surgery through advanced courses in Brazil Dr. Lana combines her business acumen with dental expertise to innovate in practice management and patient care.

Elite Dental was born out of the shared experiences of twins, Dr. Lana and Dr. Elsie Bardavid. Both passionate dentists committed to excellence in their field. Early in their careers, they recognized that operating a dental practice presented unique challenges. Complex clinical cases, managing a business, and often facing decisions in isolation—even though they had each other for support as twins. Realizing that many colleagues might feel the same way, they began meeting informally, both in person and virtually, with a small group of fellow dentists to discuss these challenges. Together, they explored treatment options, shared patient management strategies, and offered support in both professional and personal matters. The collective wisdom, encouragement, and connections they gained were invaluable.
Seeing the profound impact this camaraderie had on their success and well-being, Dr. Lana and Dr. Elsie envisioned making this supportive network accessible to other dentists worldwide. They then decided to co-found Elite Dental to provide a trusted community—a place where dentists can learn from one another, find reliable advice, and celebrate achievements together.
