Basic Implantology Training

Overview

An intensive five-day program providing a comprehensive experience in surgical implantology. Participants will gain practical skills with live patients under the guidance of internationally renowned instructors, utilizing the latest technologies in surgical planning and execution.

  • Master surgical planning from initial assessment to execution using CBCT scans and intraoral scanning.
  • Acquire proficiency in drilling techniques and correct implant placement.

  • Understand post-surgical care and patient management.
  • Prevent and manage surgical complications effectively.

Course Format

  • Timetable: 8:30 to 13:30 / 14:30 to 19:30 Daily
  • Format: Live surgery demonstrations, lectures, surgeries on patients, and hands-on practice on pig jaws and plastic models.
  • Language: Spanish, Portuguese, English, and French, other languages available on demand

Materials Provided

  • All instruments and materials needed for the course.
  • Course manuals and reference materials.
  • Certificate of completion awarded at the end of the course.
  • A Whatsapp group will be formed for all course participants for follow-up learning.
Implantology Course

Teaching Methods

  • Practical Experience: Each student will perform several surgeries on patients per day, totaling 15 implants per student.
  • Hands-On Training: Practice on pig jaws and plastic models.
  • Lectures: Interactive sessions covering theoretical aspects.
